Each year Grand Rapids Magazine features a showcase home that encompasses custom styling, unique living spaces, state of the art technology, and the latest in building materials.

2009 brings us another winning combination. Visbeen Associates Inc. has designed our first Design Home on the shore. Lake Michigan is a breathtaking backdrop for this year's home. Kevin Einfeld and his staff at BDR assembled a team of west Michigan contractors, artisans, and designers that we are pleased to feature in the pages of Grand Rapids Magazine each month, as the home is being built.

Once Design Home 2009 is completed, a grand and elegant benefit is held at the home: The Gala Event. All proceeds from the ticket sales for the Gala Event, scheduled for May 13, 2009 will be awarded to Camp Blodgett.
